Arvigo techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy®

The Arvigo techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy® are founded on the ancient Mayan technique of abdominal massage. They are external massage techniques that help guide the internal abdominal and pelvic organs into their proper positions for optimal health and well-being. The techniques incorporate a holistic approach. Massage, herbs, nutrition, emotional and spiritual considerations improve restrictions in the flow of blood, lymph, nerve and chi (energy) to reproductive, digestive, urinary and genital organs.
